Our Products

Carpenter & Paterson (Asia) Ltd offers a comprehensive range of Pipe Support components. This includes both ‘off-the-shelf’ standard support components as well as engineered support components.

CPA’s engineered pipe support solutions enable us to fulfil often very specific client requirements. Such requirements are based upon the unique characteristics of the piping system in question, including available support locations, spacing considerations, pipe size, pipe material, ambient/operating temperature and operating/occasional load, for example.

CPA’s components can be manufactured from a wide range of materials including carbon, stainless and alloy steels. Such materials are available in many different grades. CPA’s standard hot-dip galvanized offering, as well as in-house painting capabilities, ensures that our products remain highly corrosion resistant and suitable for almost all environments. We also offer specialist paint finishes as required.

There are two types of spring supports; Variable Effort Supports (VES) and Constant Effort Supports (CES).

Spring Supports

CPA’s range of dynamic restraints include hydraulic snubbers and rigid struts attached to the pipework using stiff clamps

Ancillaries

CPA manufacture cryogenic pre-insulated pipe supports incorporating high density polyurethane foam (HD PUF) as a highly effective load bearing cryogenic insulation medium

Cryogenic Supports

In a wide range of applications, PTFE slide bearings are superior to conventional expansion plates, rollers and rocker arm type supports.

PTFE Slide Bearings

WITCHLINER™ provides an effective solution to isolating differing grades of steel thus preventing surface contamination or bimetallic corrosion.

Witchliner™

CPA offers calcium silicate pre-insulated pipe supports, also known as ‘hot shoes’. Our high performance calcium silicate serves as an effective thermal insulation material up to temperatures of 1100°c.

Hot Shoes

CPA manufactures its trademark ISOWITCH™ cryogenic isolation material. ISOWITCH™ is a high density material capable of supporting heavy loads whilst also possessing good insulating properties.

Wear Pads

CPA manufactures its trademark ISOWITCH™ cryogenic isolation material. ISOWITCH™ is a high density material capable of supporting heavy loads whilst also possessing good insulating properties.
